Hello! Today I'm reviewing Nu Organic Mint. Nu is a new brand on the market, produced by the guy responsible for Coconaras. While some might bulk at the man behind the shisha for how Coconaras have been performing, but they're on the way to fixing a lot of the issues, and the man behind Nu is dedicated to quality assurance and control. Nu shisha is a French tobacco, but the flavoring and glycerin is 100% made in the USA.
Organic Mint is a herbal kind of mint with a strong cooling effect. I was expecting something a bit more like a Nakhla OG Mint, but I was pleasantly surprised with how strong the cooling was. It's nothing like FML or TTIE or any of the other "king mints" on the market, but the cooling is very much present, and actually reminds me a lot of the original AF Mint. It's pleasantly cooling without that much of a strong herbal flavor (no sweetness to it though), creating a mint that die hard mint lovers and newer smokers will enjoy.
The shisha is a French tobacco with a decent nicotine kick (like Al Fakher). It's roughly chopped and easy to pack (fluff pack it slightly over the rim with an HMD).
To wrap it all up, I would actually highly recommend this mint. A lot of people are finding that the new mints on the market are a bit too strong to smoke solo (I love mint flavors, and I can't smoke TTIE on its own), so having this middle ground mint is a great addition to any stash. The throwback to the original Al Fakher Mint is great, and I find Nu Organic Mint in a lot of my bowls these days. Anyways, that's all for now! Please let me know if you have any questions and I'd be more than happy to try helping!
